To get your item ready for the Drop ‘n’ Mend please follow these simple steps:
1. Purchase this £3 service charge.
2. Package up your item & clearly display on the outer of the package name of booking & order number (found on your confirmation email).
2. Ensure a copy of your name, contact phone number & description of repairs are put into the bag/parcel.
3. Take to Shop Zero, 42a Friar Lane, Nottingham, NG1 during their opening hours:
Monday - 12am-5pm
Tuesday/Wednesday - 11am-5pm
Thursday/Friday - 10am-5pm
Saturday - 10am-5.30pm
Sunday - 12pm-4pm
I will always endeavour to reuse packaging where possible. Turn around times can vary week to week & usually take no more than 3 weeks.
Payment of the repair is due before I return your item either by collection from a Roaming Repairs Session alternatively via post.
Please note: You may bring up to 3 items, please do not bring non-clothing items, bags or shoes. This service is only for items in need of repair ie, jeans crotch repairs, new zips, elbow patching, seam repairs, holey knits etc. Shop Zero staff are not able to advise or assist in the discussion of your repair, this is a drop-off service only, if you’d prefer to discuss your repair in depth please check out Roaming Repairs Sessions.
