Delivery & Returns

We take pride at Soul & Flare to revive or re/style each piece before it finds it's way to you for the next decade. All items are laundered or steam cleaned with freshner, checked over & fixed up in our studio. Most items are vintage or pre-loved and have lived the test of time before making their way to your home. Any noticeable imperfections will be listed within the item description.

Some items may differ IRL due to difference in display settings and your screen quality.

SHIPPING

All items shipped to the UK will be sent 2nd class signed for within 2-3 days from purchase

All international purchases will be shipped using tracked & signed for via Royal Mail. Shipping charges are estimated by the size and weight of your purchase. 

Please note we do not take responsibility for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our business we only offer returns on our online store within 7 days of the item being posted. We encourage you to check all measurements before purchase & please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. If in the event of a return, we will offer a store credit which will be valid for 3 months. The postage cost of returning the item will be liable at your expense.

In order to return your items please first send an email to hello@soulandflare.com stating your reason for return and your order details. Please package them up with our returns address clearly displayed and include your name and order number inside the parcel. 

Once your item has arrived it will take up to 7 days for us to process the return. The length of time it takes to credit your bank account or paypal depends on these credit holders, so please get in contact with them if you wish to know how long it will take for you to access this payment.

If your item is faulty, please get in contact with us before shipping via email.
